If you’ve been to just a few Hearth Retailers, you already know the vast lines of products that are available in the market today.
As a dealer, this means that a lot goes into what is offered on a sales floor. Some retailers give floorspace to the brands that offer the best incentives. Better manufacturer incentives means more representation in their Dealer Showrooms. Essentially the Manufacturer is buying floor space. Here at Jack’s Stove Shop we like to use a different method to give our products floorspace. Being a small store and family-owned business, we can’t give everyone space in our showroom. We carefully research Manufacturers and their products and invest our resources into the brands that offer the most value to you, the buyer. Reputation, quality, willingness to honor warranty issues and product performance are all factors we consider in making our decision to place the product in our store.
Here are the brands we represent and why we came to the decision to do so;
VERMONT CASTINGS: Vermont Castings is our most popular brand and the brand we most heavily promote in our store. Vermont Castings is the only stove that is truly 100% American Made by the American Worker. Beginning with their state of the art recycling facility and foundry, Vermont Castings controls every aspect of the manufacturing process. Their innovative designs have surpassed every other manufacturer in the market today. Their ability to handle warranty issues is among the best in the industry and their product performance is outstanding. If you are looking for an efficient wood stove, gas stove, or insert, Vermont Castings is among the best and I feel their current products are the best ever.
Monessen Hearth Systems is one of my most loved companies. I have worked with Monessen since they were a small gas log manufacturer. They have grown to be one of the largest Hearth Products Manufacturers in the world. I suppose that title is not as impressive as how well they run their business. The largest company out there I wouldn’t do business with if they were the last provider on the planet! Monessen is GREAT. Now that they have purchased Vermont Castings, they are bringing to market the best there is to offer and I am proud to be their dealer for my region. No matter what they make, you as a consumer can rest assured that ever possible measure has been taken to ensure your complete satisfaction with their products and their unrivaled commitment to service.
Does anything need to be said about Blaze King? These stove are famous around the world and have been featured on popular TV programming for good reason. Blaze King offers both Catalytic and non-catalytic models but they are famous for doing catalytic better than anyone. Blaze King is no slouch in the gas market either. Their contemporary gas stove have great fires and visual aesthetics. The company behind Blaze King is outstanding and a pleasure to work with. Once I got a call from the President of Blaze King just to say hi and thank me for my efforts as their dealer. Not many chiefs even bother to think about their dealers much less spend time calling them up. I’ve personally installed THOUSANDS of wood stoves and must say, Blaze King is the only stove I have ever handled that EVERY OWNER has called me back later to offer praises about their new Blaze King. As a dealer, that tells me a lot about the product. This is a well constructed, great performing, and powerfully backed stove line. They cost a little more, but I believe that money is well spent.
Regency, a Canadian manufacturer offers a great product lineup. From high-efficiency wood stoves to Lugury Gas Fireplaces, we like Regency because of their great performing products and wide variety of styles.
Hampton Cast Iron stoves, inserts and fireplaces are very nice to look at, but behind those cast-iron faces are the great Regency products we have gorwn to trust. The Hampton wood stove line are true cast-iron stoves. Inserts are steel inserts with cast-iron faces.
