STORE POLICIES

Jack’s Stove Shop is a small, family-opperated business. We’re not all about the fine print but there are always questions about the buying process that are most likely answered in this policy page.

FINANCING:

We do not currently offer in-house financing. We’ve looked into it but it seems the finance companies like for merchant sales to be in excess of $1,000,000.00 to partner with us to offer financing. We’re simply not there yet. We’ll keep looking though and if things change, we’ll let you know.

RETURNS:

For major purchases such as stoves or fireplaces we do not accept returns. We do however offer our exclusive satisfaction guarantee. If we work with you and recommend a stove that fails to meet your expectations, we will accept your return and give full credit toward the purchase of a more suitable product of your choice. Installation or removal does not apply so if we have to install another stove, there may be a nominal fee to do so. No other store offers our satisfaction guarantee and is just another way we work to ensure your statisfaction with us and the products we sell.

Smaller item refunds and returns are accepted with a 20% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable. Items must be in new, packaged and saleable condition. Sales receipt must be presented with return.

PAYMENTS:

We accept VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER & MASTER CARD. We also accept cash and checks. If you need, we can even allow you to pay online with PayPal.

Typically, we collect payment in full for any products you purchase. If we are installing the product, we will collect the labor and any incidentals at time of job completion.

WARRANTY CLAIMS & REPAIRS:

We are the warranty service center for the products we sell as well as other major brands. Should a product you purchased from us require a covered repair, we will handle all claims and paperwork at no cost to you. Simply call us and let us know you are experiencing a problem. We will promptly file the claim on your behalf and order the replacement parts. Most times, you will receive the parts delivered to your home. If it is an instance where professional repairs are needed, we will also file a claim for the work and come take care of the repair at your convenience. A quality product seldom needs repair but it does happen. When it does, you’ll see why we choose the companies we do. Our warranty service is among the best and is handled with as little inconvenience as possible on your end.

SERVICE:

We built our business on our service reputation. Although not always perfect, we make extensive efforts to be on time and work efficiently while in your home. We try to leave your home with work completed and our work area as clean or cleaner than how we found it. If we fail to impress you, simply call the office so we can do what it takes to make you satisfied. We hope with every job that you will be so happy you call your friends and neighbors to recommend us. If you can’t do that, we want to know why.
