You know, I wasn’t out trying to sell some land yesterday and suddenly decided I wanted to have a stove shop. I am a stove man. It’s in my blood. I don’t have a cool nickname like PYRO or BLAZE but I’ve been doing this a long time and I love every part of it and especially the people I get to meet.

For over 15 years I have been working closely with people from all over the country; not just my local customers. In fact, I probably provide more consultations by email than most shops do locally. That comes from building a trust relationship with the public. Many of my friends have local dealers who service them but they still consult with me for straight answers without hype and pitch. You can’t put a price on that and I realize there are lots of do-it-yourselfers out there that can’t afford to hire the work done. The bottom line is, everyone deserves the opportunity to be safe whether or not it contributes to my livelihood. As for my paying Customers, you are always at the front of the line. You keep us moving forward and we do appreciate your support.

Every day I deal with Home owners, Contractors, inspectors, Builders and even Banks. I bring to the table a complete understanding and knowledge of the total spectrum of the industry from manufacturing to annual service.

I am comfortable getting you through the tough issues that stall projects or leave segments of the job in question. I’ve seen it all, good and bad. I know what you’re facing even when you don’t. When the project is done, the worker’s are gone, and the lights turn off, your family can sleep well knowing that I have mentally tucked my own boys into those bedrooms and performed my job as if it were for my own family.
