Now that you are a customer, you can take it easy and know that you’re in good hands. Whatever it is you purchased from us, I personal guarantee that you will absolutely love it or I don’t want you to keep it. That’s right, I WANT IT BACK. If for any reason, within the first 30 burn days you find your choice doesn’t quite do what you expected, I will take it back and give you 100% credit toward a more suitable product of equal or greater value. No restocking fees. No fine print. Guarantee applies to product only. If you need a professional to uninstall and reinstall, you will need to cover that expense. Jack’s Stove Shop is owned and operated by Jack Galloway, a veteran of the hearth industry. Jack’s Sons, Kaine, Zach, and Noah can be seen helping out around the shop after school. Jack has been the area’s most well-known and trusted stove guy for over 15 years. Our new Black Mountain showroom is set to open early 2009! SPECIAL ORDERS
From time to time you may need a special item that I don’t stock. I am happy to make special orders. However, special order are very expensive for me. The product costs more. Shipping costs more. To be honest, it is more of a courtesy than anything. For that reason, I have had to make it a policy that special orders are final and non-refundable except for damaged or defective items.

PAYMENT TERMS
Payment in full is due at the time of sale. You are welcome to leave your purchase for me to warehouse until you need it, but you must pay in full for products purchased.
